Patient had initially failed breast reconstruction. She had her tissue expanders replaced and completed expansion. She ultimately had 790cc High Profile Xtra silicone implants placed in conjunction with extensive fat grafting and lipocontouring of the upper abdomen to enhance implant projection. This is a 3 month post operative result.
