This is a special case. This 30 year old woman had surgery on her back as an infant. This caused a problem with the development of the buttocks. Over the course of two separate operations liposuction was performed of the front and then the back of the trunk. The fat was grafted to the buttocks after scar release was performed. 450 cc was transferred to each cheek at the first operation and 500 was transferred at the second operation.
