56 year old woman 3 months following VASER ultrasound and tumescent power assisted liposuction for lipedema. Both arms were treated by removing 1200cc per side. The abdomen was treated with removal of 6900 cc. Renuvion was used for skin tightening and the results will continue to improve. She did not want a tummy tuck scar or and arm lift and was willing to accept some residual skin laxity.
