48 year old woman who had previously had a breast augmentation and lift. She was unhappy with the size and nipple position and no longer wanted her breast implants. This is 2 months following bilateral silicone implant removal was performed with repeat superior pedicle breast lift or mastopexy combined with inferior pedicle auto-augmentation. 1700cc of abdominal liposuction was performed to harvest fat for grafting to the upper and medial breast, 200cc per side. The scars will continue to fade.
