38 year old 2 months after completion of bilateral breast reconstruction. She had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via a mid-lateral incision with immediate placement of tissue expanders and alloderm. She was interested in larger breasts. Here she is after replacement of the tissue expanders with smooth round silicone implants. She has improved nipple position and larger breasts after reconstruction. The mid-lateral incision makes nipple sparing mastectomy possible even in patients who have nipple ptosis. The scars will fade with time.
