Status post bilateral mastectomy via a mid-lateral approach. She had immediate placement of tissue expanders at her mastectomy as she wanted to be larger. Here she is after staged breast reconstruction first with tissue expanders and Alloderm followed by replacement with smooth, round silicione implants and fat grafting. 3 month post-operative result.
