Before and after of a 47 year old woman with submuscular breast reconstruction following mastectomy for breast cancer that was done in two stages. At the first stage, a tissue expander was placed and expanded. The expander was replaced later with silicone implants. Her she is 6 months after completion with placement of 790cc Mentor High Profile Xtra implants and bilateral breast fat grafting.
