27 yo FTM top. 6 weeks post operative. He opted out of nipple reconstruction. The incisions are still red. He can wear prosthetic nipples if he likes, have them tattooed in place or just go without. I find it is hard to get happy patients, particularly those from out of town, to follow up for later post-operative photographs. Please keep this in mind if you elect to have surgery with me. Everyone wants to see how things change with time.
