ZL Medspa was founded in 2016 as an extension of Larson Plastic Surgery.

We wanted to offer our patients a comprehensive approach to pursuing their aesthetic goals. Not everyone needs surgery to see the best results, and we want our patients to know they have options beyond the operating room.

Laura Zimmerman brought 15+ years of experience in the nursing field to developing a med spa in Tucson where every patient has a clear and reasonable plan for successful outcomes.

We believe that aesthetic treatments are best done under the supervision of an on-site board-certified surgeon. So Dr. Ethan Larson lends his clinical expertise to developing treatment protocols that provide top-notch results while maintaining a natural-looking appearance.

What You’ll Experience

Our goal during your initial consultation is to educate you on the best practices for your skin and body, whether that’s with our plastic surgeon or at our med spa in Tucson.

Consultations are held with either Dr. Ethan Larson, MD, our board-certified plastic surgeon, or Laura Zimmerman, NP, our board-certified nurse practitioner and aesthetic nurse specialist. They’ll review your medical history and perform an assessment of your skin, body, and bone structure—all to carefully craft a safe and effective treatment plan for you.
