48-year-old woman 4 months following fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with liposuction, abdominal muscle repair with fat grafting (RAFT) and fat grafting to the hips. The vertical scar is necessary when there is a great deal of horizontal skin laxity that would not be corrected with a standard abdominoplasty.
