Breast Augmentation

7 months following bilateral sub-pectoral dual plane breast augmentation with shaped Sientra classic base high profile 460cc silicone implants. She is deciding if she would like to have a small lift on the right side. Frequently we place the breast implants and then let the patient decide afterwards if they would like to have a breast lift or not. Many are very satisfied with the implants alone and do not want scars on the front of their breasts.
