Breast Augmentation

3 months following bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round silicone implants. She did not want the scars on the breast that come with a lift so the inframammary fold was lowered. A 520cc implant was used on the left and a 485cc implant was used on the right to balance things out. Implants are submuscular.
