42-year-old woman with had a previous breast reduction with another surgeon. She lost 50 pounds afterwards and her breasts deflated. She is seen here 3 months following bilateral sub-muscular breast augmentation with high profile silicone implants, 620cc on the right and 650 on the left. Her visible breast scars are from the previous breast reduction surgery.
