Breast Lift

55 year old woman
Right sided nipple sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. She already had breast implants in place from an augmentation. In the second set of photographs, she is seen after reconstruction of the right breast only with a 700cc smooth round silicone implant. In the final photos she has had a left sided breast lift and implant exchange and fat grafting. This is a 6 week post-operative result.
