Opted out of breast reconstruction at her initial mastectomy. She began reconstruction 6 years after her mastectomy. It is never too late. She is seen here after 2 stage reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm followed by placement of silicone implants. This is a 1 year post-operative result.
