After bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy via a mid-lateral approach. She is 3 months status post staged bilateral breast reconstruction first with tissue expanders and Alloderm followed by placement of smooth round silicone implants and fat grafting. Please note that some nipple asymmetry can occur after nipple sparing mastectomy and this can be difficult or impossible to correct.
