6 months after completion of her reconstruction. She had an implant reconstruction that was performed by another surgeon. She was very unhappy with the results. I then removed her old implants and placed a tissue expander in the pre-pectoral plane. After expansion was completed, the expander was exchanged for 750cc smooth round high profile silicone implants.
