Breast Reconstruction

41 year old woman who initially had breast augmentation
She required bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. Her reconstruction was two stage. Initially tissue expanders with Alloderm were placed. This was followed 2 months later by exchange of the tissue expanders for 535cc Mentor Smooth High Profile Xtra implants. 6 week post operative result seen.
