Breast Reconstruction

Patient had bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction with another surgeon out of state. She had radiation on the left. She presented with asymmetry and capsular contracture of her tissue expanders (which is very common after radiation.) Extensive capsular revision was performed and her tissue expanders were replaced with Mentor High Profile Extra 490cc smooth round silicone implants. 3 month postoperative result.
