Chest Masculinization

35 year old patient
4 months following chest masculinization top surgery with bilateral mastectomy and nipple grafting with liposuction for contouring. Nipple pigmentation is always lost initially from darker nipples but comes back with time. Occasionally tattoo is necessary to fill in color.
