44-year-old woman with stage 1 lipedema. 4 months following treatment of the anterior legs ankles to hips with lymphatic sparing liposuction and manual extraction with removal of 3300cc lipedema per leg. Note the improved kneecaps and leg circumference. The abdomen was also treated with removal of about 3 liters.
