Lipedema Treatment

3 months following high volume lipedema lymphatic sparing liposuction of her proximal arms, low back, buttocks and calves with limited touch up of her posterior thighs. She had her posterior thigh liposuction done by another surgeon. Part of my treatment philosophy is to make as few incisions as possible and to create an aesthetic shape. Note the improving shape of the buttocks as well.
