Revision Breast Augmentation

62 year old woman who presented with Baker Grade IV capsular contracture.
She had submuscular saline implants. The left breast had also bottomed out. 5 months post-op. Bilateral capsulectomy with implant exchange was performed. The new implants are Natrelle SRF 335cc implants. The excess skin on the lower pole of the right breast was also removed.
