34-year-old woman after bilateral sub-glandular breast augmentation using Allergan SSM 640cc smooth round silicone implants. Radial scoring was necessary to allow the constricted breasts to accommodate the implants and the inframammary fold was lowered to avoid the need for a breast lift that would place scars on the front of the breast. This is a 2 month postoperative result.
