An In-Depth Look

An arm lift (brachioplasty) removes extra skin along the upper arm and may include selective liposuction to refine edges.

Dr. Larson plans either a short, hidden incision in the armpit for mild laxity or an extended inner-arm incision toward the elbow when more skin needs removal. He sets incisions to protect comfort and symmetry, then closes in layers for smooth contours.  In some cases Renuvion can be used to scarlessly tighten the arm skin.

What It Treats

This procedure helps when skin doesn’t “snap back” after weight changes or due to the natural aging process. It focuses on comfort, clothing freedom, and a cleaner arm contours. We match incision design to measured laxity, then blend incision edges so results look exceptional in sleeves or sleeveless styles.

What It Treats:
  • Sagging skin

  • Excess arm fat

  • Confidence concerns

Our Process

You’ll sit down with us in Phoenix to talk through goals and routines. We review photos, map where skin truly needs removal, and decide if gentle liposuction will help blend the transition. We plan garments that breathe in the heat, a hydration routine, and a sun-smart scar strategy before surgery so recovery feels clear and doable.

When we get to surgery day, comfort and safety guide every step. Afterward, we help you into supportive garments and provide guidance on simple mobility: short indoor walks, arm elevation, and gentle range-of-motion cues. Most people return to desk work in 1 to 2 weeks and resume light cardio near week 4. You’ll have direct communication with our team for questions between visits.
