3 months following two stage left breast reconstruction with a Mentor 755cc shaped tall height high profile implant and acellular dermal matrix. Fat grafting was done to both breasts and a left sided cicrumareolar breast lift or mastopexy was also performed to balance out the natural and reconstructed breasts.
