28-year-old 2 months after double incision top surgery with liposuction and nipple grafting. This patient had a sunken in sternum (pectus excavatum) that was treated with central fat grafting as well. Darker nipples and areola take longer to regain pigmentation after surgery and sometime require tattoos to complete the color if it does not return completely on its own.
