76-year-old woman with stage 3 lipedema. 4 months following first stage lymphatic sparing liposuction and manual lipedema nodule removal of the anterior legs only. Additional surgery will be necessary for the posterior legs and to touch up the anterior legs but her ability to walk and exercise is massively improved.
