18 year old trans-male after CUSTOM DOUBLE INCISION chest masculinization surgery. Only the lower pole of the breast skin and the breast tissue were removed. The nipples were left in place on the upper chest skin and pulled downward but not removed or altered in any way. This procedure requires appropriate sized, high riding nipples on breasts that are no larger than B cup.
