4 months following removal of saline implants. The implants were intentionally ruptured in the office prior to surgery. This gives a preview of the result but as you can see, after implant removal and capsulectomy, more retraction of the skin is possible. After this retraction occurs, a patient can opt for a breast lift if they so desire
