Breast Reconstruction

48 year old patient
She had left sided, non-nipple sparing mastectomy. She also has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which makes breast reconstruction much more tricky. She had a unilateral DIEP flap reconstruction on the left. In the final picture, she has had a right sided, circumareolar mastopexy to match, left sided nipple reconstruction and areolar tattoo. 2 year post-operative result.
