Breast Reconstruction

This is 3 months after a right sided breast reduction to match the reconstructed breast in size and shape. She has also had revision of the left reconstruction with scar revision and fat grafting, as well as nipple reconstruction. She has nice symmetry. The scars will fade with time. I recommend silicone gel or sheets to help scars fade.
