Breast Reconstruction

60 year old patient
Bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer without reconstruction. She opted for reconstruction several years later. She had a two stage breast reconstruction first with tissue expanders and Alloderm followed by replacement with smooth round silicone implants. She has had nipple tattoo without nipple reconstruction. She has also had some fat grafting to enhance her result. This is an 8 month post operative result.
