Breast Reconstruction

2 months after staged breast reconstruction, first with tissue expanders and Alloderm, followed by replacement with 800cc smooth round high profile silicone implants. Currently these are the largest silicone implants. In larger breasted patients, sometimes that is not quite enough to look proportional. In this patient, a special procedure was performed at the time of mastectomy to de-epithelialize and conserve the lower breast mastectomy skin to add bulk and a pleasing contour to the final reconstruction.
