Breast Reconstruction

After bilateral mid lateral nipple sparing mastectomy followed by two stage breast reconstruction, first with tissue expanders and Alloderm, followed by replacement with smooth, round silicone implants and fat grafting. The left nipple is slightly low. Nipple malposition is always a risk with nipple sparing mastectomy.
