In accordance with the decision made by the Governor, elective surgery will once again be possible in the state of Arizona as of May 1.
This means that we will be expanding the operating hours of our office on a limited basis to accommodate new patients and to care for post-operative patients.
Physical Distancing measures will still be in effect. If you are coming to the office, please wear a mask and sanitize or wash your hands before entering and frequently while you are with us. We will be wearing masks as well and limiting physical and close contact.
If you are coughing, feeling ill or have a fever, DO NOT come to the office. Call us instead and we can make arrangements to see you if you need us. We will also have limited staff present in the office so things may run a bit more slowly.
Telemedicine consults are still available, and we encourage you to use this option if possible.
We are working to reschedule all the patients who had their surgeries temporarily canceled as a result of the quarantine. We will be in touch with you to do so, there is no need to call us. Please be patient with us, the surgery centers and hospitals will be working through a major backlog.
The mortality rate of this disease climbs sharply after 50. If you are over 50, please stay home if at all possible. Patients over 60 should only come to the office for emergencies or issues that cannot wait such as trauma or cancer.
Please be safe and bear with us as we begin the phased process of re-opening.Virtual Consultation
