61 year old woman with congenital breast asymmetry who had mismatch following a previous breast augmentation on the right and a breast lift on the left. Her ruptured right implant was replaced with a Sientra 415cc shaped moderate profile silicone device and a capsulectomy was performed. 215cc of fat grafting was performed on the left breast and 180cc on the left in strategic areas to enhance breast symmetry. Abdominal fat was harvested for this through liposuction of 1400cc.
