44 yo who had a lumpectomy for breast cancer and radiation. She was left with a significant breast deformity. This is after 1 treatment, 3 months after abdominal liposuction for fat graft harvest and meticulous fat grafting and percutaneous scar release to the left breast. There has been significant improvement, but often multiple surgeries are necessary to totally correct defects like these.
