29 yo with BRCA gene. She had bilateral prophylactic mastectomies via an inframammary fold approach. Here she is 3 months after completion of two stage breast reconstruction, first with tissue expanders and Alloderm followed by replacement with smooth round silicone implants and fat grafting.
