25 year old trans-woman 4 months after sub-glandular placement of 615cc Natrelle SSX in the subglandular plane. The inframammary fold often needs to be lowered in these cases and large implants are necessary to properly fill in the skin envelope. Occasionally stretch marks can develop as seen here. These will be treated with laser.
