This is a 39 year old woman 6 months after abdominoplasty, circumferential liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks of 900cc per side. She has excellent improved contour of her abdomen and back. Some dimpling is to be expected in higher volume transfers, especially when skin elasticity is poor. Bothersome dimples can be corrected in the office.
