77-year-old woman 6 months after revision of a previous breast reconstruction. The old silicone implants had developed capsular contracture. This held the implants in a high position on the chest and the skin of the breast was able to sag below the implants. The breast capsule was revised and her implants were replaced with 450cc Mentor High Profile Xtra smooth round silicone implants. Revision of the capsule allowed the implants to descend into the correct position behind the nipple and areola.
