51 year old woman after bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer with two stage reconstruction first with tissue expanders and Alloderm and then with exchange for 790cc Mentor High Profile Xtra silicone implants. Her right breast demonstrates hyperpigmentation following radiation. This is a 3 month post-operative result.
