59 year old woman seen in the first picture after removal of breast implants that were placed by another surgeon and became infected. The infection caused her to lose some of the tissue of the right breast. She is seen her after fat grafting to the breast and replacement of submuscular silicone implants: a 250cc moderate plus device on the right and a 354cc moderate classic on the left. 5 months post operative
