62 year old woman who presented with Baker Grade IV capsular contracture. She had submuscular saline implants. The left breast had also bottomed out. Bilateral capsulectomy with implant exchange was performed. The new implants are Natrelle SRF 335cc implants. The excess skin on the lower pole of the right breast was also removed. 5 month post-operative results.
