53 yo after right breast lumpectomy and radiation. She was left with a significant deformity. Here she is 5 months after abdominal liposuction and right breast fat grafting. There is a great deal of improvement but further surgery will be necessary to establish symmetry. Additional fat grafting to the right breast and a lift to the left breast will complete the reconstruction.
