46 year old woman following two stage breast reconstruction following mastectomy for breast cancer. She has 790cc Mentor High Profile Extra Silicone implants in place and fat grafting to the breasts was also performed. Partial nipple necrosis at the time of mastectomy went on to heal but created some pigment loss that can be treated with tattoo.
