41 FTM top surgery. 2 months post after Double incision with free nipple grafting. Still a bit swollen. Large breasts create cleavage that may leave some residual medial fullness in the cleavage area. Typically I like to see if this will calm down on its own after surgery. If not, a small office procedure to extend the scar may be needed. I do not like to connect the scars if I can help it.
